APHIS eFile is a web-based system that allows users to apply for and receive import, interstate movement, transit, and release permits, apply for permit renewals and amendments, submit annual reports, and receive regulatory guidance.
Over time, APHIS eFile will replace ePermits for applications to request permits. If you have questions about which system to use for your request, please locate program contact information on our Contact Us page.
