Instructions for Submitting Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) Monthly Summary Reports

Each APHIS approved EIA testing laboratory is required to submit monthly summary testing reports to the USDA Veterinary Services Equine Health Team as described in VSG 15201.

Laboratories should submit their monthly summary reports using this standardized reporting spreadsheet (72.75 KB), emailed to equine.health@usda.gov.

APHIS is currently developing a new method for submitting monthly summary reports where each APHIS approved EIA testing laboratory will begin receiving monthly emails with a link to their own private location for securely submitting EIA monthly reports. This URL will be PRIVATE for each laboratory. Do not share or distribute your reporting URL. APHIS hopes to deploy this new method in the near future.
