Export Live Animals to Jordan
Summary of Requirements
- Cattle - Health Certificate (230.01 KB) - July 2023
- Bovine - Embryos - Health Certificate (244.86 KB) - February 2022
Note: The health certificates for export of bovine embryos to Jordan can also be electronically issued by the USDA Accredited Veterinarian through the Veterinary Export Health Certification System (VEHCS). APHIS will then print a hard copy for physical endorsement with original signature and embossed APHIS seal. This original endorsed health certificate must accompany the shipment during transit.
If your species is not listed, the requirements for that species are not known. Exporters who want to ship livestock or germplasm whose requirements are not listed above should have the importer or buyer in the destination country apply for an import permit at the appropriate ministry. This import permit will most likely outline the specific requirements.
