APHIS Announces Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for Revision of the Japanese Beetle Domestic Quarantine Regulations
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) and decision for the final environmental assessment (EA) entitled "Revision of the Japanese Beetle Domestic Quarantine Regulations."
APHIS has decided to implement the proposed action as described in the EA and concluded that it will not have a significant impact on the quality of the human environment.
