Model health certificate flavouring innards for use in the manufacture of petfood  [3(E) Equivalent]

To be eligible for this certificate, a facility must be listed for [and the materials must meet the requirements of] the Regulation 142/2011 as amended “CHAPTER 3(E) Health certificate for flavouring innards for use in the manufacture of petfood, intended for dispatch to or for transit through the European Union”.

  1. Derived from the Carcasses of Poultry (Birds)
    The following certificate is for flavoring innards derived from carcasses of birds [ from areas other than HPAI Banned Areas or ND Banned Areas (301.54 KB)] slaughtered in the United States after passing FSIS ante-mortem slaughter inspection: [This version may not be utilized for materials derived from eggs nor any non-avian animal-origin materials]
