One Health - SARS-CoV-2 in Animals

Since 2020, multiple cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) have been detected in animals in the United States. The dashboard below provides a weekly updated summary of all confirmed positive cases in the United States in multiple formats for analysis. APHIS also reports the first confirmed case in each new species to the World Organisation for Animal Health.
