APHIS Replaces Erroneous Supporting Document in the AQI User Fee Proposed Rule

APHIS identified errors in the AQI User Fee Proposed Rule (APHIS-2022-0023) supporting document: AQI User Fee Input Costs and Cost Allocation Summary (ID: APHIS-2022-0023-0011). The document erroneously indicated the fee had a reserve component and the costs in the second table included a 3.5% reserve surcharge. As indicated in the source data and proposed rule, there is no such reserve component. Accordingly, the erroneous document was withdrawn and a corrected version (ID: APHIS-2022-0023-0035) posted on September 20, 2023.
