Chapter 3(A) Health Certificate for Canned Pet Food

Please select the appropriate certificate below based upon the animal-origin ingredients included in the pet food:

    These options may also be used for pet food containing both ingredients derived from bovine, ovine, and/or caprine animals and also ingredients derived from other animals as long as it contains at least one ingredient derived from bovine, ovine, and/or caprine animals.
