European Union - Abomasums and Derivatives of Abomasums (“Rennets” or “Rennin”) for the Production of Materials FOR Human Consumption

The European Union requires certification for the import of abomasums/rennets (intended to curdle milk into cheese for human consumption) that is under the responsibility of the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). 

The European Union requires certification for refined renin (enzyme) (intended to curdle milk into cheese for human consumption) that is under the responsibility of the Food and Drug Administration.
