Veterinary (Health) certificate for processed petfood other than canned petfood, intended for dispatch to or for transit through Georgia [3(B) equivalent]

To be eligible for this certificate, a facility must be listed for [and the materials must meet the requirements of] the Regulation 142/2011 as amended “CHAPTER 3(B) Health certificate for processed petfood other than canned petfood, intended for dispatch to or for transit through the European Union”.

This certificate should not be transferred to Veterinary Services letterhead - instead it should be printed (by the VS Service Center) prior to VS endorsement directly onto VS Security Paper.
