Georgia, Republic of - Dog Chews [EU Chapter 3(C) equivalent]

Veterinary (Health) certificate for dog chews intended for dispatch to or for transit through Georgia [3(C) equivalent]

To be eligible for this certificate, a facility must be listed for [and the materials must meet the requirements of] the Regulation 142/2011 as amended “CHAPTER 3(C) Health certificate for dog chews intended for dispatch to or for transit through the European Union”.

Please contact your local VS Field Operations Veterinary Export Trade Services (aka VS Service Center) for details on how to request required listing and certificate.

This certificate should not be transferred to Veterinary Services letterhead - instead it should be printed (by the VS Service Center) prior to VS endorsement duplexed directly onto VS Security Paper. 

For the purposes of this certificate, "dog chews" defined as products for pet animals to chew, produced from untanned hides and skins of ungulates or from other materials of animal-origin. Therefore, use of this document is not limited to only chews for dogs.
