|Dr. Aaron M. Anderson, Economist|
Dr. Anderson is an economist interested in the economics of wildlife management. He earned a PhD from Colorado State University studying environmental policy issues and applied econometrics. Dr. Anderson has worked at NWRC since 2010 and also serves as a faculty affiliate in the CSU Department of Economics.
NWRC Research Program: Economic Research or Human-Wildlife Conflicts: Methods and Applications
General: environmental and ecological economics, agricultural economics
Specific: dynamic optimization of predator and feral pig management efforts using optimal control theory and Monte Carlo methods, identification of a Kuznets curve for introduced species, application and evaluation of statistical models for rank-ordered data.
