NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY – Wyoming: Wildlife Services (WS), a program within the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) entitled “Bird Damage Management in Wyoming.” The EA analyzes the potential environmental impacts of alternatives for WS involvement in bird damage management in Wyoming. The EA is available for review and comment prior to issuing a decision. The proposed action is to implement an integrated approach using a variety of methods to reduce bird damage to agricultural resources, property, human health and safety, and natural resources. WS is requesting that the public review and provide their comments on the EA by July 22, 2022

 All comments received, including the names and addresses of those who comment, will be part of the public record and will be released for public review as required and allowed by law.  Comments, information, and analyses provided should be as specific as possible and an explanation of why the information is important to the analysis should be included.
