Important Information about ezFedGrants and Farm Bill Section 10007 Funding
All APHIS cooperative agreements are required to be processed and completed using the ezFedGrants system. Farm Bill Section 10007 funding recipients must have an eAuthentication (eAuth) account with Level 2 access to use the system.
If you have an eAuth account with Level 2 access, please open the ezFedsGrant portal at https://nfc.usda.gov/FSS/ClientServices/ezFedGrants/index.php and select the Launch ezFedGrants icon.
- The person who will act as your organization’s Grants Administrative Officer (GAO) must sign into the system first and request the GAO role. Subsequent requests for access by others in your organization will be routed to your organization’s GAO(s) for approval. Each person who requests access must have an eAuth account with Level 2 access.
- When you select your organization in the system, please confirm that the DUNS number is correct. The DUNS number corresponds to your organization’s banking information. An incorrect DUNS number could misdirect claims even if the your bank’s address is correct. Please contact your Accounts Receivable department for guidance, if needed.
- If you cannot locate your organization’s DUNS record when you log into the system, email ezFedGrants.email@example.com or call (301) 851-2600 and leave a message requesting that your organization’s vendor record be made available in ezFedGrants. Please include your DUNS and Cage numbers in your message.
If you do not have an eAuth account with Level 2 access, you must request it through your Local Registration Authority.
