PVY Strain Virus Symptoms

PVY reaction to mechanical inoculation with PVY necrotic strains. Potatoes were grown in a growth chamber and plants were ELISA negative for PVY strains at inoculation. ELISA at inoculation and before harvest were negative for PVX and PLRV.
