MRP Information Technology Division (MRP ITD) provides information technology planning, design, application development, systems administration, telecommunications, security, and information management and customer support services for APHIS.
Dedicated to bringing information technology to the business processes and operations of APHIS. We believe this will enable us to achieve improved connectivity with both internal and external customers and stakeholders. Major challenges will confront MRP ITD including the Government Paperwork Elimination Act (GPEA) and the ever present security issues and concerns.

Open the CEC Customer SharePoint Site. Scroll down the page to the Live Chat icon and click.
You will then be redirected to login through your LincPass or by entering your EAuthentication Username and Password.
In the Live Chat window type a question and click the send arrow (or press enter/return) to talk to a Virtual Agent or click the Chat Now button in the right-hand corner to be queued for a live Helpdesk agent.
When finished with your Live Chat session, whether the Helpdesk agent terminates the conversation or you click the Cancel chat button at the top, an incident will be produced, and you will receive an email when the incident is resolved.
