As part of the revised regulations, the former notification process was discontinued on April 5, 2021.
All applications must now be submitted through the permitting process. APHIS will process notifications it received on or before April 4, 2021, and acknowledged notifications will remain effective until expiration. Applicants can check the status of a notification at the link below.
