Determination of Nonregulated Status for GE Potato Varieties (APHIS Petition No. 13-022-01p)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) announced a determination of nonregulated status for genetically engineered (GE) potato varieties developed by J.R. Simplot Company (Simplot) that are engineered for low-acrylamide potential and reduced black spot bruising.  The effective date of the determination is November 10, 2014.
