Chapter 8 Health Certificate for Animal By-Products for the Manufacture of Products for Purposes other than Human or Animal Consumption

  1. By-Products Derived from the Carcasses of Poultry (Birds):   The Chapter 8 is not endorsable for poultry derivatives from HPAI Banned Areas or ND Banned Areas.

 

  1. The following certificate is for by-products derived from carcasses of birds [from areas other than HPAI Banned Areas or ND Banned Areas] slaughtered in the United States after passing FSIS ante-mortem slaughter inspection: [This version may not be utilized for materials derived from eggs nor any materials derived from birds not slaughtered in the United States.]

The following certificate is for combinations of BOTH (1) By-Products derived from carcasses of poultry slaughtered in the United States after passing FSIS ante-mortem slaughter inspection  and (2) By-Products derived from carcasses of poultry slaughtered in countries other than the United States after passing ante-mortem inspection for human consumption:
