USDA Provides Data on Regulatory Review Period For a Patent Extension Request on a Specific Vaccine


The United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) provided the US Patent Office with data on the length of APHIS’s review period for a specific vaccine. The makers of the Porcine Circovirus Vaccine, Type 1-Type 2 Chimera, Killed Virus, Mycoplasma Hyopneumoniae Bacterin are requesting a patent extension. Information about the length of the review period is needed for the Patent Office to calculate the length of a potential patent extension. More information is available here.
