International Experience:

  • Provided field practice and procedures training to Forestry Administrators in Cambodia in the event of a large wild bird die off due to highly pathogenic avian influenza (2007).
  • Provided assistance establishing infrastructure and training to laboratory personnel in Kenya to provide high-throughput rRT-PCR testing of wild bird field samples for avian influenza (2009).
