Slovakia - Summary of Requirements for Animals

Slovakia is a Member State of the European Union. Bilingual health certificates are available for some commodities/species (see below). If the bilingual certificate for that species or commodity is not listed below, please refer to the English version on the link to the European Union. It is the responsibility of the exporter to obtain a bilingual certificate if it is not listed below.

The import of puppies or kittens under 3 months ofFood Administration including the following information: the breed of animal, date of birth, sex, owner/ responsible person who will be in charge of the animal at the place where the quarantine will be conducted, microchip number, means of transport, and date and place of entry into the EU.
