Wildlife Services Provides People with Technical and Operational Assistance

Written/Telephone Consultation

WS may provide advice and recommendations to requestors during telephone conversations and by providing materials and information via mailings and online systems.  During these written and telephone consultations, WS gathers information about the specific wildlife damage problem and the methods and approaches already employed by the person experiencing the problem.  A variety of methods and options are typically discussed with the requestor, and biological information about the wildlife species and situation is provided.
