Summary of responses on the importance of consultations offered by the NWRC
While research and development of new methods and information is the primary mission of the Wildlife Services (WS) National Wildlife Research Center (NWRC), the staff at the Center provides many consultative services in a variety of areas. Respondents indicated that there likely will be a continuing need for such consultations during the next five years. More than half of respondents in both the WS Eastern and Western Regions, and at the NWRC, indicated that all of the consultative services shown in the graph likely would be moderately or highly important to their jobs over the next five years.
