* Unpublished reports are primarily of 2 kinds: topical reports dealing with one subject area, and summary reports such as annual reports, quarterly reports, etc. covering many topics. Reports include bibliographies, Briefing Documents, FAO Reports, Final Reports, Job Completion Reports, Progress Reports, Technical Reports, Work Unit Reports, Bird Damage Research Reports (BDRRs) or Bird Section Research Reports (BSRRs) and many other types. Most series have been discontinued, thus, unpublished reports contained in this catalog consist mainly of older material.
Request copies of NWRC-authored reports and reprints by either "U" number (unpublished reports) or "REP" number (reprints) directly from the archives by e-mailing Nancy A. Freeman. Items showing no number must be requested by full citation. Most books and other monographic works are available for loan to all USDA Wildlife Services (WS) personnel. Non-WS personnel need to request loans through a local library.
