SPECIAL INTEREST

Collaborative sampling effort between WS and Salish Kootenai Indians (July 2008)
WDB Wiscomb contacted the Salish Kootenai Indian Reservation to coordinate HPAI surveillance
during their duck banding the first part of September. They requested to use MT WS’s two air
cannons as the capture methods. Wiscomb spent time in July working on the air cannons getting
them ready for the waterfowl capture on the reservation.
