The Wildlife Services (WS) EEO Advisory Committee provides broad advisory guidance in support of WS equal employment and special emphasis program needs through a WS-wide approach. 

The Committee is composed of WS personnel who serve in a variety of capacities, including a Committee Chair, three members at large, and seven Special Emphasis Program Managers (SEPM): Federally Employed Women, Disability Emphasis Program, African American Emphasis, Veterans Emphasis Program, Hispanic Emphasis, Native American, Asian/Pacific Emphasis, and Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Emphasis.

The EEO Advisory Committee provides guidance and assistance for WS program participation in USDA’s AgDiscovery Program and internships through the Student Career Experience Program (SCEP), Washington Internships for Native American Students (WINS) and other programs and outreach activities.
