Mississippi

Mississippi has civil and military airports on the coast and inland which must manage a variety of potential wildlife hazards.  To address wildlife hazards at airports, WS personnel in Mississippi contributed 3.561 staff years to provide assistance at 1 civil, 1 joint use, and 2 military airports in FY 2010.  In addition, technical training was provided at 1 airport for 8 airport personnel.
