New Logo Adopted

The basis of identity for an organization is the perception and judgments the public makes about services and personal contacts with the organization. In establishing a new symbol, VS underlined its commitment to stand behind the high level of service it provides in fulfilling its mission. It chose a strong image that reflects the multiplicity of its work, and one that can help trigger recognition for the program.

In choosing the slogan that is used with the symbol, “Safeguarding Animal Health,” VS reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding and to undertaking the recommendations of the Safeguarding Review.

Selection of the symbol was a collaborative process by a team of employees.
