A block of rooms has been reserved from Monday, September 11, 2006 through Friday September 15, 2006. The rate will be $136.00 a night plus 15% tax (CAD). The block of rooms will be held until August 12, 2006 under the name "Emerging Animal Health Issues Identification & Analysis Training". Workshop participants will be responsible for their personal reservations and payment.

A few rooms have also been blocked off for Saturday the 9th and Sunday the 10th for early arrivers.

The workshop will take place in the "Lady Elgin" meeting room on the first floor of the hotel. The Lady Elgin Room reflects the proud history of the Lord Elgin with its dark woods, and historic paintings. Just off of the main lobby, the Lady Elgin features large windows overlooking Confederation Park.
