Animal Products to Uruguay

Exporters of animal products, including poultry- and bovine-based products, should be advised to verify the need for an import permit issued by the government of Uruguay’s General Directorate of Livestock Services (DGSG) and that such products meet Uruguay’s requirements.

The requirements of Uruguay for registration of products for animal feeding are available in Spanish on http://www.mgap.gub.uy/DGSSAA/DivProtAlimentos/DPAV_IM_AA.htm.
