Notice
If you have any questions or concerns regarding these regulations for exporting animals or animal products to a foreign country, you should contact the APHIS-VS Area Office in the State from which the animals or products will be exported.
Game trophies of wild animals other than ungulates or birds
The below certificates may not be used for game trophies of ungulates or birds. Similarly they may not be used for game trophies that have been subjected to a complete taxidermy treatment (finished game trophies).

Game trophies consisting only of treated (dried or salted) hides/skins:
