animals or animal products to a foreign country, you should contact the APHIS-VS
Area Office in the State from which the animals or products will be exported.
Chapter 3(B) Health Certificate for Processed Pet Food Other than Canned
Please select the appropriate certificate below based upon the animal-origin ingredients included in the pet food:
Meat and/or other organs from terrestrial animals
- Heat Treated 90C throughout
- Ingredients heat-treated 90C or produced under alternative approval at supplier
- Alternative approved processing method
Fish
- Heat-Treated 90C throughout
- Ingredients heat-treated 90C or produced under alternative approval at supplier
- Alternative approved processing method
Dairy
- Heat-Treated 90C throughout
