If you have any questions or concerns regarding these regulations for exporting animals or animal products to a foreign country, you should contact the APHIS-VS Area Office in the State from which the animals or products will be exported.
Chapter 1 Health Certificate for Poultry By-Product Meal
The following versions should be utilized when the poultry by-product meal was produced using processing method 7 and shipped in individual bags.

- Transit EU - November 2011 (pdf 82kb)
The following versions should be utilized when the above versions are not appropriate.
