Chapter 8 Health Certificate for Animal By-Products for the Manufacture of Products for Purposes other than Human or Animal Consumption

General Information - November 2011

By-Products derived from carcasses of slaughtered animals that passed ante-mortem FSIS slaughter inspection. These versions may not be utilized for materials from fish, eggs, milk, or the carcasses of animals, e.g. rodents, not slaughtered for human food.

By-Products derived from imported materials derived from carcasses of animals that passed ante-mortem slaughter inspection. The blank in Section II.2.1 must be completed based upon the country of slaughter if this version is utilized.
