Regulations and Assessments

All APHIS documents published in the Federal Register since September 26, 2005, are available on Regulations.gov, the Federal eRulemaking portal.

Using Regulations.gov, you can view APHIS documents open for comment, read the supporting analyses or other material associated with those documents, and read or submit comments. Go to http://www.regulations.gov, select "Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service" from the agency drop-down menu, and click "Submit." In the Docket ID column, click on the Docket ID number for the APHIS docket you are interested in; from there, you can read the document open for comment, submit or view public comments, and view supporting and related materials available electronically.
