Wildlife Services (WS) uses pesticides as part of their programs to develop
more effective techniques for managing wildlife. The programs generally use
pesticides that have been granted a full EPA registration (Section 3 of FIFRA).
Although APHIS prefers the use of commercially registered products, many program
uses are limited in scope and lack commercial products that meet program needs.
Therefore, APHIS holds registrations for those products needed by WS programs
that lack comparable commercial alternatives. The current registrations held
