Potato virus Y NTN isolate PB312 symptoms in the greenhouse-grown potato cultivar Yukon Gold include raised necrotic rings around the tuber eyes after 5 wk of storage at 4C.

PVYn:o necrotic strain  
Plants reaction to PVYn:o necrotic strain. Two of the pictures (plant and tuber) are from a greenhouse and one is from the field. The symptoms from the greenhouse plants on the foliage is very similar to what is observed on plants in the field.
