FY09 Section 10201 Implementation Survey
APHIS sought input from the National Plant Board (NPB), industry, the public, and other interested stakeholders concerning the implementation of Section 10201 of the Farm Bill. The NPB posted an on-line survey for each of the six activities in the Implementation Plan, between April 30 and June 1, 2009. The responses to these six surveys are provided below.
