Poster size: 90 x 120 cm
Orientation: Vertical only
Poster Number: All posters should be numbered. A 20 x 20 cm box should be left in the upper left side of the poster for identification number.
Title: On a black rectangle 20 cm high x 90cm wide, print the title in white using upper case letters, with 80 point Arial or Helvetica font,in Spanish and English divided by a horizontal line. The author(s) name, address, telephone and e-mail address should be centered below the title in 50 point height.
Author(s): Name and address also at 80 points, standard, in small and capital letters. Place this information below the title, centered and in the author(s) language.
General Text: Should be brief, in 34 point height and separated in two columns of 30 cm each. The left column is for English and the right for Spanish. Images must be centered with a brief explanation in Spanish and English, immediately below each image.
Mounting the posters: Special structures have been designed to exhibit the posters, which allow placing the posters only in a vertical position and with the above mentioned measurements. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee their display. The organizing committee staff will mount and dismount the posters.
Recommendations for Paper and Printing: It is recommended that good graphics software is used to design the poster. The poster should be printed in a plotter, with the above mentioned size and in any type of paper. It is recommended that the poster be laminated or plasticized on both sides.
Note: The text or summary of your poster to be included in the meeting report should be sent to the NAPPO Secretariat no later than September 4, 2012 and an electronic copy sent to Alba Campos at alba.campos@nappo.org for the archives.
If your poster does not meet the above mentioned specifications, it is not guaranteed that it will be displayed in the space provided. |
