Last Modified: March 29, 2024

The following changes have been made to the pale cyst nematode (PCN) regulated area since the November 22, 2021 publication:

In accordance with the Federal PCN Final Rule, subpart 301.86-3(c)(1) Criteria for designation of fields as infested fields and associated fields - Infested fields, one field in Bingham County, Idaho was confirmed PCN-positive on November 29, 2021.  The 97-acre field, under regulation since 2011 due to its association with another PCN-infested field, was detected by a routine delimiting survey. This detection will not add any new associated fields to the regulated area.

With these changes, the current regulated area is 6,570 acres, of which 3,542 acres are infested fields and 3,028 acres are associated fields.
