USDA EXTENDS COMMENT PERIOD ON NOTICE RECOGNIZING 16 DISTRICTS IN SOUTH AFRICA FREE OF CITRUS BLACK SPOT

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is extending the comment period for its notice that would recognize 16 additional magisterial districts as pest-free areas for citrus black spot in the Republic of South Africa. This action will allow interested persons additional time to prepare and submit comments.
This notice is published in today’s Sept. 15 Federal Register.
Consideration will be given to all comments received on or before Oct.13. You may submit comments by either of the following methods:
