Divider

Printable VersionPrintable Version

The Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requires that all Federal employees complete annual IT Security Awareness Training and Rules of Behavior Training. The USDA requires that all new employees and contractors take the security training prior to being allowed access to any USDA information systems, sensitive electronic or hard copy data. The links below provide you with the fiscal year training and assessment.  You must read the training material, and complete one of the assessments.

New employees must take this assessment no later than the first day of employment with APHIS.

You must pass one of the assessments at 70% or better.  Once you have successfully completed the training, you will be provided network access to APHIS’ domain.  Note that on the Rules of Behavior (ROB) training you will need to print slide 26, check the box and sign the document. Provide the completed assessment and the ROB signed document to your supervisor / manager.
