The Marketing and Regulatory Programs Business Services unit of USDA's Marketing and Regulatory Programs (MRP) provides resource management and administrative services to support the objectives of the three MRP agencies--the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), and the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA).

04/29/13: The Personnel Action Tracking System (PATS) moved to a new server on April 30, 2013

  • If you are a PATS Lotus Notes user -- Follow the instructions in this Word document (Employees Only) to load the new PATS icons (databases) to your Notes workspace. NOTE - you must remove all the old icons from your workspace prior to loading the new ones or documents will not route properly!!

If you have questions/issues with the PATS web address or need help in loading the new PATS icons to your Notes workspace, please contact ATAC. If you have Human Resources questions specifically related to your SF-52, please contact your service provider.
