APHIS Learning Connections is an on-line mentoring and employee development system available 24/7 to all APHIS employees. It creates a platform for employees to connect one-on-one or in groups for the purposes of mentoring, coaching, teaching, and sharing critical knowledge and skills. This web-based program allows learning to occur across geographical boundaries, job function, position, and demographics.
