The Recruitment Branch:
- Provides consultation on workforce planning
- Designs and conducts On-boarding Program (comprehensive, expanded orientation program)
- Conducts special emphasis recruitment for underrepresented groups
- Recruitment of difficult-to-fill positions
- Coordinates collateral duty recruiters
- Distributes recruitment event calendar
- Pays external advertising of positions
- Distribution of promotional items and literature
- Coordinates recruitment events
- Coordinates student programs
- Advises on use of special hiring authorities
- Provides guidance on recruitment and retention incentives
