For all of MRP, HRO-Minneapolis conducts position classification and position management reviews/activities; announces vacancies and administers activity related to transfer, promotion, reduction-in-force, etc.; provides advice and guidance on compensation, tours of duty and use of leave; coordinates benefits operational activities; collects, reviews and submits all security clearance forms and documents; enters personnel actions and payroll documents into the payroll/personnel system; and maintains Official Personnel Folders.
Staffing
The
Staffing Specialists provide employment services in merit promotion,
delegated examining, recruitment, SF-52 personnel action approval, reduction-in-force,
directed reassignments, and other related activities. Advisory
services on all of your staffing needs, can be obtained from your servicing
staffing contact.

design for field positions.
Leave
& Compensation Team
The Leave and Compensation Team processes transactions and provides operational advice, guidance, and assistance to all MRP and MSPB employees regarding pay and leave.

Personnel
Security
The Personnel Security
Staff is responsible for collecting and reviewing all
security clearance forms for accuracy. All appointments in
the Federal Service require some level of background investigation,
screening, and/or security clearance.
Processing
Team
Services include SF-52 and payroll action input (including SES/Schedule C), security clearances, and OPF maintenance.
