Executive Services & Leadership Support believes in the value of assessment and feedback as part of the individual and leadership development process. ESLS Consultants are trained and certified in a wide range of assessments including measures of: Personality, Psychological Type, Interpersonal Style, Values, Leadership Style, and various 3600 measures of leadership, management, and supervisory competencies. APHIS is currently piloting it’s own 360 assessment series based on the OPM Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs). Some examples of assessments currently used in APHIS and by ESLS include:

  • MBTI Step I
  • MBTI Step II
  • Firo-B
  • Values Arrangement List (VAL)
  • Situational Leadership
  • Gold 20/20 Insight 360

ESLS stresses the use of professionally developed assessments that can demonstrate validity and reliability. We seek to use assessments that can provide actionable feedback leading to increased leadership and organizational effectiveness.
