IMPORTANT NOTICE:
PATS is scheduled to be offline beginning 5:00 pm Central on Thursday April 25, 2013 through 6:00 am Central on Tuesday April 30, 2013 to allow for backup and a move to the Notes Domino server at the National Information Technology Center (NITC).
On Tuesday April 30th
- PATS Notes client users need to remove the current APHIS PATS icons from their Notes Workspace and add the new NITC PATS icons. Information on how to do this will be available HERE on Tuesday morning or by contacting ATAC at aphisremedy@aphis.usda.gov for assistance.
- PATS Web users will be automatically directed to the new site by clicking the existing PATS web link. You can also obtain the web address by contacting ATAC at aphisremedy@aphis.usda.gov.
Once access to PATS is restored, users should notice no change in their ability to create, save, submit or track SF52’s. If you encounter any issues with this functionality, please contact Jackie Tveter (612) 336-3320 or Nancy Bradford (612 )336-3391.
