Executive Resources provides services for executive personnel and political appointees via advice, guidance and consultation.

Provides support for all 3 MRP agencies (AMS, APHIS, GIPSA) for Senior Executive Service(SES), Senior Level (SL) and Schedule C employees via advice, guidance, and consultation. Services include Departmental Liaison, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Performance Review Board process, Executive Resources Board process, Schedule C appointments, Security Clearances, and Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) Mobility Program.
